Thw 141st Movie Night

Tonight's movie is titled "Satan's Little Helper". Some of the movies that I've found have some nudity or horror movie style violence in them. I will try to warn you ahead of time if there is something that might be disturbing for some but use your own good judgement. Also movies from YouTube tend to be a little darker in the dark scenes so sometime you may want to turn up the brightness on you computer screen. My posting this movie does not change any of the other rules and guidelines that are in place on Halloween Horrors. For example this is still a no nude picture site. You may post videos in a blog but please make sure the movies are not too objectionable (if you have questions ask before you post - and please let me know when you plan to do it).... Tonight's film is titled "Satan's Little Helper" (2004 Rated R, Director Jeff Lieberman)
Plot: During Halloween, theater student Jenna Whooly returns to Bell Island to spend the holiday with her family and her boyfriend Alex Martin, a classmate of hers who was also raised on the island. Her younger brother Douglas "Dougie" Whooly is very attached to Jenna and is fascinated with the video game "Satan's Little Helper," and he becomes jealous with the presence of Alex. He leaves home wearing his costume of Satan's little helper, seeking Satan himself on the streets so he can ask him to kill Alex. Dougie meets a serial killer who, coincidently, is wearing a costume of Satan and decides to help him. He brings the insane murderer home, and Jenna and her mother Merrill Whooly believe that the masked killer is Alex acting like Satan to please Dougie. Later, the boy walks with the maniac along the streets, helping him to terrorize the locals.

Dougie shouldn't have invited "Satan" back to his house after seeing the masked killer arrange Halloween
"props" in his front yard...after everything that happened, he realized that a little too late! I felt sorry for Alex, Dougie's sister's boyfriend - he may not have died when "Satan" attacked him outside the costume shop, or even after "Satan" attacked him again outside Alex's father's house. Poor Alex was accidentally killed by his girlfriend and her mother as he tried getting into their house...I also felt sorry for Dougie's father, coming home on Halloween night only to be killed in his own home infront of his family by "Satan" stabbing him - that was a bit bloody and gory! After everything that happened - the wild cart ride, the poor elderly woman whom "Satan" hung on her front porch, "Satan" poisoning the drinks at the party, the death of Alex's father's girlfriend, plus all the other deaths (including the Halloween "props") it's too bad the police couldn't respond - but they had all been killed, too.
