~ Seventeenth Movie Night ~ Part One ~

I'll be showing half of this film today and the other half on Saturday. Some of the movies that I've found have some mild nudity or horror movie style violence in them. I will try to warn you ahead of time if there is something that might be disturbing for some but use your own good judgement. Also movies from YouTube tend to be a little darker in the dark scenes so sometime you may have to bear with that small problem. My posting this movie does not change any of the other rules and guidelines that are in place on Halloween Horrors. For example this is still a no nude picture site. You may post videos in a blog but please make sure the movies are not too objectionable (if you have questions ask before you post - and please let me know when you plan to do it). The second half of this movie will be posted this coming Saturday night... Enjoy :)

Tonight's movie is "The Cave" (2005 Rated PG-13) Plotline: A group of cave-divers and scientists explore a newly found cave system in the Carpathian Mountains of Romania. However, rockfall blocks the exit and after delving further into the cave, the group discover a pack of deadly creatures are waiting for them. With their leader Jack having very strange side-effects and with their numbers dropping, the group must delve even further into the cave, battle the creatures and hope for an exit.

I think that might be closer to what might be under the earth in caves or at least a very hostile environment with fast moving underground rivers in the dark with zero light. With as much mining as the whole United States has had almost any place can have surprise cave in's. I'm sure there is a lot more information about the source of it all that will be revealed in time. :)

How eerie that there's an old, abandoned church near the cave entrance, then it collapses! It seems like the scientists are in for quite an adventure! The cave mole was a little creepy, I nearly jumped when Strode was attacked by one of them. It started to get really dark and suspenseful after the rock collapse...and on top of everything else they have to now go through, Jack gets attacked by something as they're trying to find an exit! You catch glimpses of what it could be, but who knows what they'll encounter next.
